At the Preliminary Night of Miss Grand International 2026, held on the evening of 7 October in Bangkok, Thailand, Vietnam’s representative, Emoura Pham, captivated the audience in The Fiery Phoenix, a striking couture creation by designer Pham Dang Anh Thu of JoliPoli.

Inspired by the mythical Phoenix rising through flames, the gown unfolds in fiery shades of red, embodying rebirth, resilience, and an unwavering desire to shine.

The creation features a figure-hugging mermaid silhouette that gracefully accentuates the body’s natural curves, complemented by two long, flowing sheer panels extending from the shoulders to evoke the majestic span of outstretched wings. Set against a sheer nude-toned base, a fiery palette of ruby red, vivid orange, and luminous gold creates a striking interplay of color and light, enhancing the gown’s dramatic and regal appeal.

A magnificent pair of Phoenix wings takes center stage, intricately shaped across the bodice and waist before cascading into feather-like details along the length of the skirt. Each motif is meticulously embellished by hand, showcasing exceptional craftsmanship through intricate details that catch the light from every angle. The interplay of fiery hues and delicate transparency creates a captivating balance of sensuality, fluidity, and regal grandeur.
